Flashpack is a new solution from Sime-Tek for automatically candling and collecting eggs at a rate of 40,000 or 80,000 eggs/hour.
The egg packers system – which uses built-in video cameras operating with polarized light, and manages tolerances and levels of egg control on a simple touch screen panel – enables you to immediately classify the eggs and subdivide them into 4 groups that are unloaded separately according to their condition and size: dripping or seriously damaged, dirty and/or irregularly coloured, too large or too small to process, or correct and free from defects so they can proceed to the packaging step.
The packager operates automatically and treats the eggs delicately thanks to the innovative system of double “Sime-Tek hands” that protect and escort the eggs into the desired package at a significantly faster speed.
